INFINITI beyond the drive
It is more impactful to show, rather than tell what driving an INFINITI is like. The experience of the drive goes beyond the numbers and statistics commonly touted. Their current website was missing the impact of demonstrating their brand and what makes them unique. This site experience was designed to be dramatic, interactive and create a home for the core INFINITI brand.
One of the core challenges was balancing immersive interactions within a responsive framework. We also requested site analytics and found an overwhelming majority of mobile users. So this experience had to be awesome on your phone. I led a mobile-first ux design phase and rode along during implementation.
Content Design
I designed the site navigation, templates and interactions as well as working with the INFINITI design team to implement within their global site. I was also responsible for all of the content mapping and translating cut scenes into pages and interactions.
Interaction Design
Below I outline the chapter navigation and how users will be able to access the entire experience from their mobile device by simply swiping and scrolling.
Delivery
I consolidated all the annotated wireframes and mapped the assets needed for delivery to the in-house engineering teams. The site was live in 2019 for the campaign, but has since been taken down.
